CA Alok Deora is practicing as a member of the ICAI since the year 2005. He Heads the firm Indirect Tax Practice, He has nearly 12 years of experience in Auditing and Assurance, transfer pricing, indirect taxation, Internal Audits and risk assessment.

He handles all complex problems in above areas with equal ease but his core competency lies in understanding the client’s requirement and providing value addition management consultancy services by Transformation of Business and in Setting up New Industry.

He has successfully completed the certificate course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Prevention conducted by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Marathwada University.

CA Neerav Wani is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2011. Prior to joining the firm, he has been associated with Grant Thornton International for a period of 2 years. He has experience in carrying out internal and statutory audits of large multinational companies and providing corporate advisory services.

Neerav has led multiple engagements with leading corporates involving internal audit engagements, process improvements, updation and preparation of standard operating procedures and risk management. He is a member of Institute of Company Secretary of India, he holds Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA), and has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University

CA Dipika Achaliya is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2011. She has 7 years of experience in Income Tax advisory and has advised a number of individuals and corporates in income tax matters including, Income Tax Assessments matters and submissions.

Prior to joining the firm, she has been associated with Highbar Technologies, Mumbai (Group of Hindustan Construction Company) as a SAP FICO Consultant.
